This is a DC voltage converter made by King Radio (Bendix/King). It steps down 27.5 V (28 V) aircraft power to 13.75 V (14 V) so 14-volt avionics can be used in 28-volt systems. It provides two outputs: one rated 1.5 A continuous / 5.0 A intermittent, and a second rated 0.75 A continuous. Weight is about 1.2 lbs. It is a common accessory unit in general aviation aircraft that mix 14 V and 28 V equipment.
